Art direction and strategic communication for the participation process with the aim of accompanying people and facilitating the contents of the El Sitio de mi Recreo project. The communication's goal was to help parents, teachers and especially girls and boys to express how to improve their environments, recreational spaces and school's yards. This was an urban planning project for a more inclusive Madrid.

"The Playground of My Recreation" was a project aimed at collectively thinking about how to transform the playgrounds and environments of 9 schools in the District of Arganzuela during 2019.

Are playgrounds designed to meet the needs of boys and girls? And to offer different play options? How have playgrounds changed in the last 30 years?

The most important experiences in children's development and learning are those that happen "outside" and "together." Outside the home, outside the classroom, and beyond direct adult control. Outside and alone, one experiences adventure, exploration, and discovery. Alongside classmates, it is possible to get to know each other, meet, confront, establish relationships, rules, agreements, initiate and resolve conflicts. These perspectives were taken into account to develop and sustain the project.

To contribute to the development of participation, communication, and graphic design were essential to facilitate the information and general content throughout the entire project.
