Work with social justice organisations, foundations and cultural projects. Editorial and publication design, modular design systems with editable templates, data visualisation, accessibility and multilingual work in Spanish and English. I design microsites and web presences working with developers, delivering screens and component systems in Figma. I contract and direct communicators, designers and illustrators on my own commissions, and direct production agencies and print vendors. Systems are delivered with documentation and workshops, so multidisciplinary in-house teams can sustain their own communications with autonomy.

Guerrilla Foundation · Art direction and editorial design

Berlin, 2021 to present
Four consecutive annual reports for a foundation redistributing resources from 1% heirs towards grassroots movements. Identity, editorial design, data visualisation and illustration to improve accessibility. After the 2023 report, a donor increased their contribution, funded the print run and used it to bring in new donors.

Green Screen Coalition · Art direction and editorial design

International, 2025 to present
The coalition's first narrative report, 42 pages, at the intersection of climate justice and digital rights. It gathers twenty-two very different funded projects into one readable argument, with a mycelium diagram articulating the four areas of work, and an editable template so the in-house team maintains it on its own.

Barcelona, 2024
Communications identity and design system, built with atomic methodology, for the organisation behind the open-source democratic participation platform. Live tutorial with the core team so they can build new molecules and organisms themselves. Adopted in full and still in use.

Komons · Design lead and art direction

International, 2019 to 2025
Direction of the design function at an organisation working on narrative change, democracy and collective intelligence. I directed designers and illustrators across campaigns and publications, and an image-testing lab whose findings guided visual decisions. Junior researcher on two actor-mapping studies across Mexico and Guatemala, producing recommendations that informed a foundation's funding priorities.

Identity, illustration, infographics and web design for a Spanish platform countering toxic narratives and disinformation. End-to-end product design, from concept and wireframes to UX/UI and user testing, directing the developer. The platform spun out and now runs independently.

Communication for citizen participation processes at a participatory urbanism studio. The clarity of the communication grew their project volume: from two school processes to eight more through a public tender.

Mexico City, 2016 to 2021
Visual and campaign direction, and work within the public policy area of a Mexican cycling advocacy organisation, engaging city authorities. I co-managed the Visión Cero coalition, which pushed for mobility legislation at federal level.
