Lottery of a Human City

Client:

Liga Peatonal

Place:

México

Year:

2021

A playful educational tool built on the structure of the traditional Mexican lottery game — redesigned to teach children, young people, and the general public about the elements that make a city safe, accessible, and sustainable. The challenge was to take complex urban mobility and inclusion concepts and make them genuinely fun without losing their political clarity.

The result was a set of 54 illustrated cards across five categories — users, infrastructure, public space, accessibility, and road safety — with a visual language warm and engaging enough for classrooms and community spaces alike. The game spread beyond its original distribution, has been played across different regions of Mexico, and is available for free download and print.
