Workshop-fiction against despair: Oaxaca 2054

Hey there, a wonderful workshop-fiction against despair is about to happen. If you want to join, roll with us, or send good vibes, everyone is welcome :)

This is the first of a series, and I'm thrilled that it will be held at the Institute of Graphic Arts in Oaxaca <3

Directed at young people aged 12 and above, as well as adults in general, to participate, it is necessary to fill out the biography form at @iago_mx

Workshop-fiction against despair. How would downtown Oaxaca be in 2054? We will reconstruct the future life through drawings of objects, gestures, technology, and services from a fictional reality. A space for feeling and thinking beyond resolution, speculating on alternative ways of inhabiting and relating.

She has worked on projects in Latin America and Europe on topics such as gender, feminism, inclusion, childhood, participation, mobility, urbanism, technopolitics, and the climate crisis. Her focus is on exploring how design can be reoriented away from market dependence. In other words, she experiments collectively with different forms, visuals, concepts, narratives, territories, and materials that contribute to exploring more humane approaches to our current ways of relating.
